Loss of Identity - The Art of Moving On

Hey friends,

Well...I have mentioned a few times in the last few months that I experienced an identity loss and many of you shared this and wanted to know more.

So let me share with you the personal transformation that has happened in my life and how I'm dealing with it.

Again, your girl knows she's crazy lucky so I'm not complaining, but I was in shock and the change of lifestyle was drastic and I felt unstable in every area of my life, trying to find something familiar.

Basically, it was (and still is) messy. Let me know if you've ever experienced an identity loss when your life trajectory was drastically taken away from you (job, relationship).

It would help me feel a little less alone in all this ;)
